Attention all those looking for dog coats! I've been looking for ages for a suitable coat for Finn who is a big whippet & I've at last bit the bullet and bought him an Outhwaite coat. He is into greyhound size at 24 inches & it cost me £30 though the smaller sizes start from around £17. It came today & I can honestly say its the best qualty coat Ive ever seen, absolutely superb. It comes with its own carrier bag, its Teflon coated, 2 way breathable and has leg straps and hanging/lead clip hole. I will try to post some pics when I get the chance but I cant recommend highly it enough. Checkout different prices on the net though as they vary, I got mine from ebay

Great coats but good luck with the elastic on the back legs, mine refuse to budge an inch when they are attached! For a cold weather coat I bought one for each of mine from one of your buisiness links, faux sheepskin with their names on and the dogs love them.

I must admit I havn't even attempted to use the leg straps yet Julieh, with a dog as dippy as Fin I'd only be asking for trouble really. So glad the buisness link was a help, are your coats anything like the one below, it came with the dog and I've often wondered where it was bought. [/quote]

hi, unfortunately I cant see a picture on your post. The coats in question have been much admired and were a real bargain for such quality. My Fin loves his outer layers, he's such a cold bod! he comes running at the sight of his PJ's
