Lesley, I'm really glad the meet has moved for two reasons. Firstly, no matter how lovely a day it was, Middle Wallop was always bloody freezing and secondly with the security arrangements, once you were in and the gate was closed you were sort of obliged to stay there all day and you had to remember to get your car booked in the week before. Not that that was a problem for me in particular but when my friend Sarah Loveland came for the first time & I forgot to suggest she bring food for her horde of kids it was a bit of a stress for her. Plus you'll have permanent bend racing now and not just for opens - result!

Whoops sorry guys, Lolly seems to have that effect! haha. She also 'talks' to funny thing bless her.
Sparks is actually quite quiet, only in a group of doggies barking does she feel she has to join in lol.

she is certainly keen lol. You are more that welcome to give her a trail ( I'm sure that we will be doing some). She can only race if she has cleared for racing ie, raced with 3 other dogs at least twice without interference to any, out of a trap, with a racing jacket and muzzle on. This is the only open throughout the Pedigree calander that does NOT require a passport for the Whippet stating it has cleared for racing and to identify the dog, soI have to entrust in the entrents that the dogs have been ok'ed, thus ensuring the safety of other racers, I will say, I do know most of the Whippets, their breeding and owners..... sado lol Thanks for adding me on FB Sarah........... still can't remember. I was doing the Open's with our older two girls as they were doing very well, so maybe I wasn't about for your visits . I will agree Wallop was FREEZING in the colder months and when it was hot, we all burn't to a cinder with no shelter, and if it was windy......well watch out for the flying toilet tent and if anyone was on the throne.... well.... need I say more lol
